WELL CHILD VISITS - Health check ups for children from newborn to 21 years of age. Hearing and vision screenings.
SICK CHILD VISITS - Comprehensive focused assessment and treatment for minor to complex illnesses.
SPORTS PHYSICALS - Annual sports physicals for any sport, such as football, basketball, soccer, baseball, cheerleading, etc.
REFERRALS - PCP referrals to specialists.
